• "DIET and exercise are key. My husband had a heart attack at 5'9" and 155 pounds. No family history. Cholesterol under 200. Trouble getting the HDL above 45. He was one of those "lucky" thin people who could eat whatever they wanted without gaining weight. A clean diet based on plants and real, unprocessed or lightly processed real food, not fake Franken-food has brought his cholesterol down to under 110 total. He is down to 1/4 of his post surgery statin dose due to his diet. My cholesterol went from 188 with an HDL of 110- very low risk ratio. NOW its 144 with an HDL of 98. My doc said its the best ratio he's seen in his entire career. Vibrant health is a combo of eating clean and exercise. Also controlling your stress-which might mean changing jobs or leaving an abusive relationship. My husband left a position he held for 27 years in a high stress job with a verbally abusive boss...scary but totally necessary life change. An article on stress management would be very cool.   • "Love this place! Better said love the people in this place! The trainers are awesome! Even though it is a group setting, you get all the benefits of a personal trainer. All the trainer are very approachable, kind and patient. They work with your personal needs. You have bad knees? You have a tender or bad back? No problem, they will modify your workout so you can still reap the benefits. The trainers are very knowledgable, and also very creative. No workout is exactly the same. They keep us guessing as to what is coming the next day. You can never say the session was boring. No matter whether you are a newbie or a fitness veteran, they will make sure every workout challenges you at your own level. Love me some TNT!"

  • "I've known the owners for a number of years and one thing I can tell you is that they can motivate. With them as my former Taekwondo instructors I became for flexible and fit than I have ever been. As my TNT fitness instructors they have made me stronger and lowered my bmi more than any gym could. These people motivate you, push you, and if there is an exercise you can't do they modify it so that you are always challenging yourself without hurting yourself. What I love more is the schedule. I could go to the gym anytime which meant I never went; it was always "tomorrow." With them I go on time and even stay for two classes. Everyday is a different workout so you benefit from 3 classes a week or five. You owe it to yourself to try this place. You will absolutely love it."
